John Hipwell is a film and television producer / director and distributor with over 30 years of local and international experience.

Since starting his career on feature films such as Alvin Purple and Mad Max, John’s work has included documentaries, music videos, TV series, feature films, TV and cinema commercials, training packages, conference and seminar recordings, business communications, web design, web streaming videos, interactive CD’s, DVD’s, art films and new media.

Creative Director

Rachel Rovay is a professional practicing fine artist who has exhibited in some of Australia's leading commercial art galleries.

Rachel has worked in the art department on a number of Australian feature films, and on numerous television commercials and corporate videos. Rachel adds a richly creative vision to HIPS' clients' projects.
